Move-out Notes (Please cooperate)
- 1. Please cancel electricity, water, and gas on the move-out day to arrange equipment inspection on the same day.
- 2. When moving out, please do not leave garbage or waste in rooms, balconies, corridors, etc. For large items, please consult the ward office for disposal methods. If items remain, disposal fees will be charged.
- 3. If insurance, utilities, etc. need to continue, please contact the insurance company listed on the policy to change the address. If cancellation is needed, please call to complete the procedures yourself.
- 4. If you cannot complete the move-out or on-site confirmation before the termination date due to personal reasons, extension fees may be charged. Please pay attention to the schedule.
- 5. The date for the move-out on-site confirmation will be contacted by a specialist later. If you need to change it, please communicate directly with them. Please be on time on the confirmation day.
- 6. For damage and wear caused by intentional, negligent, or improper use at move-out, the restoration costs must be borne by the tenant.
- 7. Regarding the final month's rent, if a pro-rated rent refund applies, please pay the full amount first; it will be settled at the termination settlement.
Tenants with a guarantee company may have the following month's amount debited after termination. Please be aware in advance.
