Company History
Since its establishment in 2009, Bourn Mark has continuously deepened its footprint in Japanese real estate and cross-border services: from rental and sales, asset appreciation to corporate investment, growing together with Chinese and Japanese enterprises, and building solid urban operations and capital operation experience.

Company Establishment
Bourn Mark CO.,LTD (formerly known as Warm Light Co., Ltd) was established in Tokyo, starting Japanese real estate business focused on Chinese-speaking customers.
Headquarters Establishment
Established the headquarters in Arakawa Ward, Tokyo, built the initial rental and sales consultant team, and opened Nippori Station Front Store in October of the same year.

Nippori Station Front Store Opens
Opened a store in front of Nippori Station to strengthen on-the-ground consulting and service capabilities and improve customer reception.
Regional Expansion
Kawaguchi Store opened, expanding the service area to Saitama and the northern part of the metropolitan area; officially entered the Taiwan market in September of the same year.

Business Upgrade
Developed real estate appreciation business and international real estate business, expanding service areas and market scope.
Overseas Expansion
Established a local legal entity company in Shanghai, further expanding the Chinese market and establishing a cross-border business network.

Headquarters Building Purchase
Purchased the company's own headquarters office building, establishing a solid foundation for the company in the Japanese market.
Headquarters Relocation
Headquarters relocated to Chuo Ward, Tokyo, further approaching the Nihonbashi financial business district, strengthening the cross-border business base.

Capital Strengthening
Company's registered capital increased to 25 million yen, and launched the first own apartment project "WARMLIGHT RESIDENCE" in October.

Asset Expansion
Acquired "Kyoto Karasuma Rokujo Hotel", entering the hotel and commercial asset operation field.

Giving Back to Society
In Feb 2019, purchased the Bournmark building in Takanawadai, Tokyo. In Dec of the same year, the Chinese Consulate moved into the building, solving the issue of visitors having no place to queue at the former Roppongi consulate site.

Strategic Collaboration
Started business and capital cooperation with Helte Company, combining digital and community operation advantages.

Brand Renewal
The company was officially renamed to Bourn Mark CO., LTD., establishing the corporate positioning of "Rooted in Japan, Connecting the World".
